• Submit the AI Visibility Benchmark form (domain URL, work email address, industry, and optional commercial query prompts)
• Contact us via our support desk at https://systemores.com/support
• Initiate a retainer checkout inquiry

We do not collect payment card information directly — any payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your AI Visibility Benchmark scorecard
• Contact you about your scorecard results and relevant retainer options
• Process and fulfill retainer agreements
• Improve our services and diagnostic accuracy
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

We retain lead and benchmark request data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted from our active systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Firebase / Google Cloud — for secure lead data storage (Google Cloud Platform, EU and US data centers)
• Supabase — for lead and client data management
• Stripe, Inc. — for payment processing, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies necessary for the operation of our website. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and obtain appropriate consent.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to:
